Calvary Chapel Langley began as a church plant out of Calvary Chapel in Lynden, Washington. Pastor Brent was the Associate Pastor at Calvary Chapel Lynden from Sept. 1996 to Dec. 2001. In time, Brent knew the Lord was directing him and his family back to Canada, and more precisely, to the lower mainland where they were from.

After settling in Langley, British Columbia, a mid-week Bible Study began on September 11, 2001. At the beginning of 2002, this small group began to have a Sunday morning service as well and as they out grew the home they were meeting in, they moved to the Timms Community Centre in downtown Langley. They met each Sunday at this location from April 7, 2002 until Feb. 1, 2004. They then moved to Langley Meadows Community School where they presently meet on Sundays.

It has been a joy to see how the Lord has blessed this church and it has been an incredible venture of faith thus far. We are looking forward to seeing what God has in store till He comes!
